1. Customer can check in at 12.00 p.m and must check out before 12.30 p.m on the next day.

2.  RM50 will be collect for deposit each rooms and will be give back to customers.

3. Each rooms will be provide 2 or 3 towel depends on what types of room.

4. Extra towels, pillow and blanket also provide for extra bed ( including ).

Teluk Lipat Seaview Inn is a beachfront property facing South China Sea. Situated on the East Coast of Peninsular Malaysia, the resort has a medium hall and offers other equipment services upon request. Free Wi-Fi is provided throughout the building.

Teluk Lipat Seaview Inn is located at Pantai Teluk Lipat where are the one of selected beach for GP Joran Competition every year. It is a 5-minute drive from Pusat Bandar Dungun ( Sura Gate Business Centre ) and a 10-minute drive from UiTM Dungun.
